MGB Aluminium Water Pump 5 Bearing Engine

MGB aluminium water pump for 5 bearing engine.
This pump is the later "short" pump design originally fitted to 18V engines from about 1971.
The advantage is it weighs only 1.05 kg compared to 2.2kg for the cast iron version.

If you have a 5 bearing MGB engine using the "longer" GWP114 pump you will need to change the water pump pulley to suit the shorter pump. See elsewhere in this section for aluminium pulleys.
